Delivery

Delivery will vary based on your location, please proceed to the checkout and enter your country to get a delivery quote. All deliveries are sent via tracked services for peace of mind. 

Unless stated otherwise (such as a pre-order) we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days - but usually within 1 working day. During busy times, such as a new product launch, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Deliveries to the UK normally arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time as we will have to liaise with the couriers to resolve the issue.

Refunds

We offer a generous 60 day return policy to ensure you and your loved ones are happy with your purchase.

We are able to offer our UK customers a risk-free guarantee where we will handle the cost of the returned item if you change your mind. Meaning no risk for you.

If you are based in the United Kingdom, contact us for a free returns label. If you are based outside of the UK, it will be your responsibility to return the item to our studio, unless there has been an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. UK orders are covered by the Risk-free Guarantee, where we are able to offer free UK returns.
